升阳益胃汤治疗慢性胃炎的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性胃炎作为一种常见的消化系统疾病,在西医治疗中发现部分患者治疗效果不佳,且复发率高。而中医在治疗慢性胃炎上具有独特的优势。近些年来通过研究发现,升阳益胃汤治疗慢性胃炎效果明显,其在改善患者症状、减小胃镜下病变程度及抑制Hp增殖上具有明显的优势,其作用机制主要为抗炎杀菌、调节细胞凋亡、保护胃黏膜、调节胃肠运动。本文通过阅读近十年文献,从理论依据、临床试验和现代药理及作用机制上,将升阳益胃汤治疗慢性胃炎的研究做一综述,为临床中升阳益胃汤治疗慢性胃炎提供更为确切的理论依据,使其能更好地在临床上发挥作用。Chronic gastritis as a common digestive system disease,has been found in western medicine treatment in some patients with poor treatment effect and high recurrence rate.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic gastritis.In recent years,it has been found that Shengyang Yiwei Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and has obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of patients,reducing the degree of lesions under gastroscopy and inhibiting the proliferation of Hp.Its mechanism of action is mainly anti-inflammatory bactericidal,regulating apoptosis,protecting gastric mucosa and regulating gastrointestinal motility.This paper reviews the research on Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis from the theoretical basis,clinical trials,modern pharmacology and mechanism of action,and provides a more accurate theoretical basis for Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis,so that it can play a better role in clinical practice.
