摘　　要：目的:探讨盆底磁刺激联合间苯三酚治疗产后尿潴留的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年3月东莞市东坑医院收治的产后尿潴留产妇80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组予以静脉推注间苯三酚治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用盆底磁刺激进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、膀胱残余尿量、生活质量、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3 d后两组膀胱残余尿量均减少,且研究组少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3 d后两组心理功能、社会功能、生理功能评分均升高,且研究组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组总满意度与不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盆底磁刺激联合间苯三酚治疗产后尿潴留的效果优于单独使用间苯三酚,对提高产妇生活质量具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with Phloroglucinol on postpartum urinary retention.Method:A total of 80 parturient with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Dongkeng Hospital of Dongguan from June 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phloroglucinol intravenous injection,and the study group was treated with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,residual bladder volume,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residual bladder volume in both groups decreased 3 days after treatment,and that in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 days after treatment,the scores of psychological function,social function and physiological function were increased in both groups,and all scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical significances in total satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions between the Medical Innovation of China Vol.22,No.10 April,2025 two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with Phloroglucinol on postpartum urinary retention is better than that of Phloroglucinol alone,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life of parturients.
