摘　　要：目的:探究不同血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者血脂及微炎症状态的影响。方法:选取2024年1—6月昌吉市人民医院收治的90例维持性血液透析患者,根据随机数表法分为A组[行每周3次高通量血液透析(HFHD)治疗]、B组[行每周2次HFHD+1次血液透析滤过(HDF)治疗]、C组[行每周2次HFHD及1次HFHD+血液灌流(HP)治疗],各30例。比较三组透析前后血脂、微炎症状态变化。结果:净化前,三组血脂、微炎症状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);净化后,三组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)降低,且C组低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但三组净化后高密度脂蛋白(HDL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者,采取每周2次HFHD及1次HFHD+HP的血液净化治疗,有利于改善血脂和微炎症状态。Objective:To explore the influence of different blood purification methods on blood lipids and micro-inflammatory state in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method:A total of 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis who treated in Changji People's Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected,and they were divided into group A[treated with high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)three times a week],group B[treated with HFHD twice a week+hemodiafiltration(HDF)once a week],group C[treated with HFHD twice a week and HFHD+hemoperfusion(HP)once a week]according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The changes of blood lipids and micro-inflammatory state before and after dialysis were compared among three groups.Result:Before purification,there were no significant differences in blood lipid and micro-inflammatory state among three groups(P>0.05);after purification,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in three groups were decreased,and those in group C were lower than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however,there was no significant difference in high-density lipoprotein(HDL)after purification among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Maintenance hemodialysis patients,blood purification treatment with HFHD twice a week and HFHD+HP once a week is beneficial to improving the blood lipids and micro-inflammatory state.
