丹参注射液联合环磷腺苷注射液治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析以丹参注射液与环磷腺苷注射液联合治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者的临床效果,为今后临床治疗老年慢性心衰患者提供有利的参考依据。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年6月北京市朝阳区双桥医院收治的184例老年慢性心衰患者,应用随机数表法分成两组,对照组(n=92)采取环磷腺苷注射液治疗,观察组(n=92)在此基础上加用丹参注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及用药不良反应,治疗前后的心功能、脑钠肽(BNP)、血肌酐(Scr)、心排血量(CO)水平。结果:观察组患者总有效率为90.22%,高于对照组的69.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)、BNP、Scr水平低于治疗前,而左室射血分数(LVEF)、CO水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后LVEDD、LVESD、BNP、Scr水平低于对照组,而LVEF、CO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重用药不良反应。结论:丹参注射液与环磷腺苷注射液联合治疗老年慢性心衰效果确切,可改善患者心功能、BNP、Scr、CO水平,保护肾功能及确保治疗安全性方面均表现出色,且安全性较佳。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection combined with Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection on elderly patients with chronic heart failure(heart failure),and to provide a favorable reference for future clinical treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 184 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Shuangqiao Hospital,Chaoyang District,Beijing from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=92)was treated with Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection,and the observation group(n=92)was treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection on the basis of this.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions,cardiac function,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),blood creatinine(Scr)and cardiac output(CO)before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 90.22%,which was higher than 69.57%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),BNP and Scr after treatment were lower than those before treatment,while the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and CO were higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEDD,LVESD,BNP and Scr in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of LVEF and CO were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection and Adenosine Cyclophosphate Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure in elderly patients has a definite effect,can improve the level of cardiac function,BNP,Scr,CO,protect renal function and ensure the safety of treatment are excellent,and the safety is good.
