莫匹罗星软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏在小儿留置针相关性静脉炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨莫匹罗星软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏在小儿留置针相关性静脉炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年6月无锡市儿童医院收治的78例小儿留置针相关性静脉炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,观察组给予莫匹罗星软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,治疗1周。比较两组症状消失时间、炎症因子水平、总有效率及舒适度评分。结果:观察组静脉穿刺处红肿、疼痛消失时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组舒适度评分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莫匹罗星软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗小儿留置针相关性静脉炎,能有效加快症状恢复,控制炎症反应,提高临床疗效及舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of Mupirocin Ointment combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream in the treatment of pediatric indwelling needle related phlebitis.Method:A total of 78 children with indwelling needle related phlebitis who admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,39 children in each group.The control group was treated with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream,while the observation group was treated with Mupirocin Ointment combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream,treatment for 1 week.The symptom disappearance time,various inflammatory factors level,total effective rate and comfort score of two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of swelling and pain at the venipuncture site in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the comfort scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mupirocin Ointment combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream can accelerate the recovery of symptoms,control the inflammatory response,and improve the clinical efficacy and comfort of pediatric indwelling needle related phlebitis.
