本森放松训练联合抗阻运动在^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术后肿瘤细胞转移再次放疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨本森放松训练联合抗阻运动在^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术后肿瘤细胞转移再次放疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2024年3月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的84例行^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术后肿瘤细胞转移再次放疗患者作为研究对象,将患者按随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组予以常规放疗护理,观察组予以本森放松训练联合抗阻运动干预,比较两组心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、癌因性疲乏、运动耐力[峰值氧耗量(VO2peak)、无氧代谢阈值氧耗量(VO2AT)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果:干预后,两组CD-RISC评分、各方面癌因性疲乏评分、运动耐力、PSQI评分较干预前改善,且观察组CD-RISC评分、VO2peak、VO2AT高于对照组,各方面癌因性疲乏、PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本森放松训练联合抗阻运动能改善^(125)Ⅰ粒子植入术后肿瘤细胞转移再次放疗患者的心理弹性,减轻癌因性疲乏症状,提高运动耐力及睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of Benson relaxation training combined with resistance exercise in patients with tumor cell metastasis undergoing re-radiotherapy after^(125)Ⅰparticle implantation surgery.Method:A total of 84 patients with tumor cell metastasis undergoing re-radiotherapy after^(125)Ⅰparticle implantation surgery who admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine radiotherapy nursing,and the observation group was given Benson relaxation training combined with resistance exercise intervention.The psychological resilience[connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],cancer-related fatigue,exercise endurance[peak oxygen consumption(VO2peak),anaerobic metabolism threshold oxygen consumption(VO2AT)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the CD-RISC scores,cancer-related fatigue scores,exercise endurance and PSQI scores of two groups were improved compared with those before intervention,and the CD-RISC scores,VO2peak and VO2AT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the cancer-related fatigue scores and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benson relaxation training combined with resistance exercise can improve the psychological resilience of patients with tumor cell metastasis undergoing re-radiotherapy after^(125)Ⅰparticle implantation surgery,alleviate cancer-related fatigue symptoms,and improve exercise endurance and sleep quality.
