中西医治疗混合痔术后并发症的研究进展

摘　　要：混合痔是肛门直肠疾病中的常见病,手术是混合痔的重要治疗手段。但术后诸多并发症的发生给患者带来巨大的痛苦,因此治疗术后并发症是当前肛肠疾病的治疗重点。本文概括总结了近年来中西医对混合痔术后水肿、疼痛、肛门坠胀的治疗方法,中医治法包括内治、外治、针灸治疗等,西医治疗包括镇痛、改善循环、抗炎等方法。借助中西医结合发挥其各自的优势,减少不良反应的发生。现将混合痔术后水肿、疼痛、肛门坠胀的发病机制及治疗进展进行简单综述。Mixed hemorrhoids is a common disease in anorectal diseases.Surgery is an important treatment for mixed hemorrhoids.However,the occurrence of many postoperative complications brings great pain to patients,so the treatment of postoperative complications is the focus of current treatment of anorectal diseases.This paper summarizes the treatment methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine for postoperative edema,pain and anal distention of mixed hemorrhoids in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine includes internal treatment,external treatment and acupuncture treatment,while western medicine includes analgesia,circulation improvement and anti-inflammatory treatment.With the help of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,we can give full play to their respective advantages and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.This article reviews the pathogenesis and treatment progress of postoperative edema,pain and anal distention of mixed hemorrhoids.
