摘 要:为明确湖北某磷尾矿的工艺矿物学特征,利用矿物自动定量分析系统(AMICS)、扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱分析仪(XRF)等手段对磷尾矿试样的化学成分、矿物组成、粒度分布、单体解离情况及连生关系进行了研究。结果表明:磷尾矿试样的主要矿物为白云石和胶磷矿,次要矿物为石英、钾长石和黄铁矿等;胶磷矿的连生关系简单,主要与白云石、石英等矿物两相连生,胶磷矿微细颗粒呈分散粒状浸染于白云石中;胶磷矿、白云石和黄铁矿复杂连生,导致胶磷矿难以与其他矿物有效分离。建议通过“分级-再磨-再浮选”流程对该磷尾矿中的磷作进一步回收,也可将其与钾长石进行高温煅烧活化制备高活性钙镁硅钾肥,或制备土壤调理剂。In order to clarify the process mineralogical characteristics of a phosphate tailings in Hubei Province,the chemical composition,mineral composition,particle size distribution,monomer dissociation,and intergrowth relationship of the phosphate tailings samples were studied using automatic mineral quantitative analysis system(AMICS),scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)and other methods.The results show that the main minerals of the phosphate tailings sample are dolomite and collophane,while the secondary minerals are quartz,potassium feldspar,pyrite and so on.The intergrowth relationship of collophane is simple,mainly coexisting with dolomite,quartz and other minerals,and collophane is dispersed in granular form and immersed in dolomite.The complex coexistence of collophane,dolomite,and pyrite makes it difficult to effectively separate collophane from other minerals.It is recommended to further reco-ver the phosphorus in the phosphate tailings by the process of"classification-regrinding-reflotation",or to prepare highly active calcium magnesium silicon potassium fertilizers by high-temperature calcination activation with potas-sium feldspar,or to prepare soil conditioners.
