摘 要:随着机器人传动精度需求的提升,对其重要组成零件之一的行星减速器提出了更高的可靠性要求。受多种失效模式的影响,分析行星减速器可靠性时所构建的性能函数极为复杂,且计算所需样本数据获取困难。针对这些问题,基于应力-强度干涉理论构建可靠度分析的功能函数,考虑模型的非线性问题,采用Kriging代理模型技术与Monte Carlo模拟法结合的可靠度主动学习算法,得到行星减速器的一般性可靠性分析方法。该方法利用学习函数进行样本点的更新,使得可靠度分析模型的拟合精度得到提升。利用有限元瞬态动力学仿真得到实际应力值,通过MATLAB进行函数求解,得到行星减速器的可靠度值以及各变量的灵敏度值,降低了样本点的迭代次数,提高了计算效率。对样机进行加速寿命试验,得到失效数据,仿真计算与试验偏差为7.1%,验证了模拟仿真方法的准确性,为进一步可靠性优化设计奠定基础。With the improvement of robot transmission accuracy,higher reliability requirements are put forward for planetary reducer,which is one of its important components.Due to the influence of various failure modes,the performance function constructed for reliability analysis of planetary reducer is very complicated,and the sample data required for calculation is difficult to obtain.To solve these problems,the functional function of reliability analysis was constructed based on the stress-strength interference theory.Considering the nonlinear of the model,the reliability active learning algorithm combining Kriging agent model technology and Monte Carlo simulation method was used to obtain the general reliability analysis method of planetary reducer.In this method,the learning function was used to update the sample points,which could improve the fitting accuracy of the reliability analysis model.The finite element transient dynamics simulation was used to provide the actual stress value,and MATLAB was used to solve the function to obtain the reliability value of the planetary reducer and the sensitivity value of each variable.The number of iterations of sample points was reduced,and the calculation efficiency was improved.The accelerated life test of the prototype was carried out,and the failure data was obtained.The deviation between the simulation calculation and the test is 7.1%,the accuracy of the simulation method is verified,which lays foundation for further reliability optimization design.
