特种高强度轴承电解磨削机床供液系统设计及其性能研究

摘  要:为了满足特种高强度轴承电解磨削机床的电解液供给需求,设计电解磨削供液系统,根据机床产品的加工需求计算电解液的工作压力,运用力学方程与流量方程建立该供液系统的数学模型。为了保证供液系统的可靠性,基于该系统的工作原理,使用AMESim软件建立液压仿真模型,分析该系统中压力控制阀的主要结构参数对电解液工作压力动态特性的影响。通过遗传算法对阀参数进行优化,优化后的供液系统工作压力动态响应时间减少13.78%,超调量下降1.24%,工作流量动态响应时间减少15.48%。最后搭建实验平台进行实验验证。结果表明:遗传算法可以较好地改善该供液系统的动态特性。In order to meet the electrolyte supply demand of special high-strength bearing electrolytic grinding machine tool,the electrolytic grinding system was designed,and the working pressure of the electrolyte was calculated according to the processing demand of the machine tool product.The mathematical model of the system was established by using mechanical equation and flow equation.In order to ensure the reliability of the liquid supply system,a hydraulic simulation model was established using AMESim software based on the working principle of the system,and the influence of the main structural parameters of the pressure control valve in the system on the dynamic characteristics of the working pressure of the electrolyte was studied.By using genetic algorithm to optimize the valve parameters,the dynamic response time of operating pressure and overshooting of the optimized liquid supply system is reduced by 13.78%and 1.24%,the dynamic response time of working flow is reduced by 15.48%.Finally,an experimental platform was set up for experimental verification.The results show that the genetic algorithm can improve the dynamic characteristics of the liquid supply system.
