摘 要:为优化某燃油高速电磁阀的动态响应特性,建立电磁阀衔铁动力学模型,并分析影响电磁阀衔铁动态响应特性的影响因素。利用有限元软件建立电磁阀的动态仿真模型,通过电磁阀电流试验测试,验证了仿真模型的准确性。研究各因素对电磁阀衔铁动态特性的影响规律,得出影响电磁阀动态特性的主要因素。最后,以动态响应时间最短为优化目标,能维持燃油高速电磁阀稳定开启为约束条件,设计正交试验,得到最优参数匹配组合。结果表明:弹簧刚度和工作气隙相对位置对电磁阀动态响应时间影响较小,弹簧预紧力、非工作气隙长度和衔铁磁极面锥角是影响电磁铁动态特性的主要因素;在最优参数组合下,高速电磁阀一个周期的动态响应时间比初始参数组合减少了7.86 ms,提高了53.65%。In order to optimize the dynamic response characteristics of a certain fuel high speed solenoid valve,a dynamic model of the solenoid valve armature was established,and the influencing factors affecting the dynamic response characteristics of the solenoid valve armature were analyzed.The dynamic simulation model of the solenoid valve was established by using the finite element software,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by the experimental test of the solenoid valve current.The influence law of various factors on the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid valve armature was studied,and the main factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of solenoid valve were obtained.Finally,with the shortest dynamic response time as the optimization objective and the stable opening of the fuel high-speed solenoid valve as the constraint condition,the orthogonal test was designed to obtain the optimal parameter matching combination.The results show that the spring stiffness and the relative position of the working air gap have little effect on the dynamic response time of the solenoid valve,and the spring preload,the length of the non-working air gap and the armature magnetic pole surface cone angle are the main factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid.Under the optimal parameter combination,the response time of the high speed solenoid valve is reduced by 7.86 ms in one cycle than the initial parameter combination,which is 53.65%higher than that before optimization.
