摘  要:为了探究电机转速对中大型涡旋压缩机内部流场变化以及涡旋齿应力与变形的影响,基于ANSYS Workbench平台,通过对涡旋压缩机流体域进行建模,在进行网格无关性检验后,采用Fluent软件进行计算流体力学仿真分析,探究不同转速下压缩腔内压力、温度分布情况,并根据流场分析结果,对动涡旋盘进行流-热-固多场耦合分析。结果表明:涡旋齿主要变形方向为轴向变形,最大变形量出现在齿顶位置。对涡旋盘进行检修时,应重点关注此位置的涡旋齿变形情况。低转速会破坏压缩腔内部流场稳定性,在一定区间内提高电机转速可以改善涡旋压缩机的径向泄漏现象,当电机转速提高至临界点时,涡旋压缩机压缩腔内的最大压力、温度值趋于稳定,此后将难以通过提高转速来改变压缩腔内部流场的变化情况。In order to explore the influence of motor speed on the internal flow field variation of medium and large scroll compressor and the stress and deformation of scroll teeth,based on ANSYS Workbench platform,by modeling the fluid domain of scroll compressor and testing the grid independence,the computational fluid dynamics simulation analysis was carried out by using the Fluent software to explore the pressure and temperature distribution in the compression chamber at different speeds.According to the flow field analysis results,the multi-field coupling analysis of the dynamic vortex disk was carried out.The results show that the main deformation direction of the scroll teeth is axial,and the largest deformation occurs at the tip of the teeth.When the scroll disc is repaired,the deformation of the scroll teeth at this position should be paid attention to.Low speed can destroy the stability of the flow field inside the compressor chamber,and increasing the motor speed within a certain range can improve the radial leakage phenomenon of the scroll compressor.When the motor speed increases to the critical point,the maximum pressure and temperature in the compression chamber of the scroll compressor tend to be stable,and then it is difficult to change the flow field inside the compression chamber by increasing the speed.
