摘  要:为了提高汽车电连接的电气性能,设计一种液动汽车电连接器插拔试验系统。建立汽车电连接器插拔试验平台的机械结构模型,详细介绍了该插拔试验平台的测控系统和液压控制系统;基于该系统进行插拔试验,得到不同的插拔速度、温度、插入角度和插入深度对插拔力的影响规律;通过试验分析和理论计算,得到插拔速率与插拔力的函数关系式,并通过现场试验拟合出插拔力与温度、插拔深度之间的关系曲线。根据插拔试验结果可知:插拔力与插拔速率成反比;当温度逐渐升高时,插拔力先增加后稳定在一定值,最后逐渐减小;随着插拔深度的增加,插入力先增加后逐渐减小,最后稳定在恒定值,拔出力先增加后稳定在恒定值,最后增加到一定值后逐渐减小。通过插拔试验验证了所设计的液动汽车电连接器插拔试验系统的可行性,为进一步实现高集成大功率汽车电连接的主动设计提供参考。In order to improve the electrical performance of automotive electrical connections,a hydraulic automotive electrical connector plug and pull test system was designed.A mechanical structure model of the automotive electrical connector plug and pull test platform was established,and the measurement and control system and hydraulic control system of the plug and pull test platform were introduced in detail.Based on this system,plug and pull tests were carried out to obtain the influence laws of different plug and pull speeds,temperatures,plug angles and plug depths on the plug and pull force.Through experimental analysis and theoretical calculation,the functional relationship between the plug and pull speed and the plug and pull force was obtained.Through field tests,the relationship curves between the plug and pull force and the temperature as well as the plug and pull depth were fitted.According to the results of plug and pull test,the plug and pull force is inversely proportional to the plug and pull speed;when the temperature gradually rises,the plug and pull force first increases,then stabilizes at a certain value,and finally gradually decreases;as the plug depth increases,the plug force first increases,then gradually decreases,and finally stabilizes at a constant value,while the pull force first increases,then stabilizes at a constant value,and finally increases to a certain value than gradually decreasing.The feasibility of the designed hydraulic vehicle electrical connector plug and pull test system is verified through the plug and pull test,providing a reference for further active design of high integration and high-power automotive electrical connections.
