摘  要:通过对机制砂50%、100%取代天然砂进行混凝土流变特性、力学性能及耐久性试验,探究机制砂对管片混凝土性能的影响。研究表明,机制砂的掺入提高了混凝土屈服应力,降低了塑性黏度。混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗氯离子渗透性能随着机制砂掺入量提升有显著提升。动弹性模量与抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、电通量存在一定的线性关系,作为无损检测指标,可为抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、电通量的评价提供参考。该研究成果为机制砂在管片混凝土中应用提供参考。Through experiments on the rheological characteristics,mechanical properties,and durability of concrete with 50%and 100%replacement of natural sand by machine-made sand,this study explores the impact of machine-made sand on the performance of pipe concrete.The research shows that the addition of machine-made sand increases the yield stress of the concrete and reduces its plastic viscosity.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,and chloride ion penetration resistance of the concrete have significantly improved with the increase of the amount of machine-made sand.Furthermore,a linear relationship is observed between dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and electric flux.This indicates that dynamic elastic modulus can serve as a non-destructive testing indicator,providing a reference for the evaluation of compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and electric flux.The findings of this study can offer valuable insights for the application of machine-made sand in pipe concrete.
