摘　　要：官方兽医是我国畜牧兽医工作体系的重要组成部分。为进一步强化我国官方兽医队伍建设,通过文献研究、实地走访等方式,汇总了我国官方兽医队伍在法律框架、人员构成及管理要求等方面的建设现状,总结了严格资质管理、加强证件管理、提升队伍素质、加强警示教育、严格队伍管理、提升职业形象等方面的相关经验做法。同时也发现了人员力量弱化、资金保障不足、技术手段落后、规范履职意识不强等问题,从而提出加强制度建设、提升培训实效、加强技术支撑、深化作风建设、提升职业保障等建议,以期为新时期官方兽医队伍高效建设管理工作提供参考。University;Official veterinarians are an important component of livestock and veterinary system in China.In order to further improve the team building of official veterinarians in China,legal framework,staffing and management requirements in the sector were summarized through documentary research and on-site visit.Relevant experience and practices were summed up,including strictly managing qualifications and certificates,improving the team quality,strengthening warning education and team management,and improving professional image of the whole team,along with shortcomings such as weakened human resources,insufficient financial support,outdated technical means and poor awareness of standardized performance,followed by recommendations including improving institutional construction,training effectiveness,technical support,construction of work style and professional support,with a view to providing a reference for improving the management of official veterinarians with efficiency in the new era.
