摘  要:为了解广东省兽医系统实验室检测能力和监测预警水平,2020—2024年对市县两级兽医系统实验室组织开展了检测能力比对工作,检测项目涉及非洲猪瘟、口蹄疫、高致病性禽流感、布鲁氏菌病、鸡白痢等病种,兼顾qPCR/RT-qPCR、ELISA、HA-HI、RBT、SAT、PAT等检测方法。结果显示:2020—2024年广东省市级兽医系统实验室样品正确率为97.14%~100%,不同检测方法、不同比对项目正确率分别为96.67%~99.43%、96.00%~100%;县级兽医系统实验室样品正确率为93.33%~97.95%,不同检测方法、不同比对项目正确率分别为94.29%~98.57%、94.29%~99.81%,其中涉及ELISA、HA-HI、SAT比对项目的正确率相对偏低。结果表明:广东省各级兽医系统实验室检测能力总体较高,其中市级实验室优于县级,而县级实验室检测能力发挥不稳定,在实验室正确率、定量检测能力方面相对薄弱。建议县级兽医系统实验室以比对工作为契机,对发现的问题及时改进,切实提高实验室检测能力。In order to identify the testing capability and the levels of monitoring and early warning of veterinary system laboratories in Guangdong Province,a proficiency testing was organized and conducted for veterinary system laboratories at municipal and county levels from 2020 to 2024,involving animal diseases such as African swine fever(ASF),foot and mouth disease(FMD),highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI),brucellosis,pullorum disease,etc.,and testing methods such as qPCR/RT-qPCR,ELISA,HA-HI,RBT,SAT,PAT,etc.The results showed that,for laboratories at the municipal level,the correct rate of samples ranged from 97.14% to 100%,and that of different testing methods and comparison projects ranged from 96.6% to 99.43%,and from 96.00% to 100%,respectively;while for laboratories at the county level,the correct rate ranged from 93.33% to 97.95%,and that of different testing methods and comparison projects ranged from 94.29% to 98.57%,and from 94.29% to 99.81%,respectively,and lower for those tested by ELISA,HA-HI and SAT method.In conclusion,the testing capability of veterinary system laboratories at all levels was generally high in Guangdong Province,and laboratories at the municipal level were superior to those at the county level,as the latter played an unstable role in testing capacity,and were poor in terms of the correct rate and quantitative testing capacity,which were recommended to settle the found problems and effectively to improve the testing capacity taking the comparison as an opportunity.
