摘  要:非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)重组事件在临床中并不是偶然现象,它是造成ASFV遗传多样性的原因之一,但是以基因Ⅰ型和基因Ⅱ型为母本病毒,发生“嵌合式重组”尚属首次发现。目前,对于中国、越南和俄罗斯报道的重组毒均已开展过攻毒试验,证实重组毒致病力较强且同居感染能力较强。同时中国和越南实验室均对重组毒进行了在研/在售疫苗的攻毒保护评价,证实基因Ⅱ型弱毒疫苗不能抵御重组毒攻击,这对ASFV重组病毒疫苗研究提出了新的挑战。本文通过总结已发表的ASFV重组毒动物实验数据,进一步分析该病毒感染特点,总结该病毒疫苗研究进展,以期为国内相关研究和防控措施制定提供参考。Recombination of African swine fever virus(ASFV),as one of the reasons for the genetic diversity of the virus,was not accidental in clinical practice,but it was the first time that“chimeric recombination”occurred with genotypesⅠandⅡas the parent viruses.Recombinant viruses reported by China,Vietnam and Russia were challenged,confirming their strong virulence and cohabitation infectivity.Meanwhile,the protective efficiency of vaccines under development and those on sale against the recombinant viruses were evaluated by laboratories in both China and Vietnam,confirming that attenuated vaccines against genotypeⅡviruses failed to defend against the attack by recombinant viruses,and posing a new challenge to the research on vaccines against ASFV recombinant viruses.Here,published data of recombinant ASFV in animal experiments was summarized,the characteristics of the virus infection were analyzed,and the advances of researches on the vaccines were reviewed,with a view to providing a reference for relevant researches and development of preventive and control measures in China.
