摘  要:针对桨扇发动机飞行时振动噪声大的突出问题,提出一种基于两阶段鲁棒优化(Two-Stage Robust Optimization,TSRO)对转桨扇内外双转子不平衡振动在线抑制的原理和方法。模拟某型桨扇发动机搭建结构相似的对转双螺旋桨试验台,分别在内/外转子上安装一套电磁式自动平衡执行器,开展对转双转子自动平衡算法和试验研究。在实时辨识不平衡矢量基础上,应用两阶段鲁棒优化的自动平衡控制算法,实现对转双转子系统不平衡力和力偶的快速稳定抑制。TSRO算法的第一阶段,以转子残余不平衡量单调减小为决策;第二阶段以自动平衡时间最短为决策。利用该算法控制双自动平衡执行器中的配重块移动,实现快速配平,实时高效地抑制对转双转子不平衡振动。在搭建的对转双转子自动平衡试验台上应用TSRO方法进行自动平衡试验,内/外转子振动分别下降87%与91%;对比其他几种算法,仿真及试验结果均表明TSRO算法具有更好的鲁棒性与高效性,自动平衡效率提高29%以上。Aiming at the outstanding problem of high vibration noise during the flight of propfan engines,a principle and method of on-line suppression of counter-rotating propeller-fan inner and outer rotor imbalance vi-bration based on two-stage robust optimization(TSRO)is proposed.A counter-rotating dual propeller test bench with similar structure is built for a certain type of propeller-fan engine,and a set of electromagnetic auto-balanc-ing actuators are installed on the inner and outer rotors respectively,so as to carry out the algorithm and experi-mental research on counter-rotating dual rotor auto-balancing.Based on the real-time identification of the unbal-ance vector,a two-stage robust optimization auto-balancing control algorithm is applied to realize the fast and stable suppression of the unbalance forces and force couples of the counter-rotating dual-rotor system.In the first stage of the TSRO algorithm,the decision is based on the monotonous reduction of the residual rotor unbalance amount,and in the second stage,the decision is based on the shortest auto-balancing time.The algorithm is used to control the movement of the counterweight in the double automatic balancing actuator,achieve fast trim,and effectively suppress the unbalanced vibration of the dual rotor in real time.The TSRO method is applied to the counter-rotating double-rotor auto-balancing test rig constructed for auto-balancing tests,and the vibration of the inner and outer rotors are reduced by 87%and 91%,respectively.Comparing several other algorithms,both simulation and experimental results show that the TSRO algorithm has better robustness and efficiency,and the auto-balancing efficiency is improved by more than 29%.
