摘  要:叶轮机内部失稳流动的强三维性和非定常性使其成为实验测量的难点。多孔压力探针测量技术是实验测量技术中同时测量三维速度矢量、静压和总压的唯一方法。本文基于正二十面体提出一种新的十八孔探针布局,实现了对测孔更有效的利用。根据布局特点设计了一组性能良好的无量纲系数,基于压力排序分区方法发展了对应的数据处理方法,并对探针进行了实验标定。根据误差来源,综合考虑仪器环境影响、插值方法、网格重叠区域等影响,对于校准过程中的不确定性展开了分析。结果表明:在95%置信概率,偏转角和俯仰角预测误差在0.45°和0.18°以内,速度大小误差在0.32%以内。将探针用于一台低速对转压气机旋转失速流场的测量,结果表明:探针在复杂三维失速流场中有效识别转子上游的回流特征,呈现的失速团结构与数值模拟结果以及壁面热线实验结果相近,验证了十八孔压力探针在三维非定常流场测量的可靠性。The strong three-dimensional and unsteady characteristics of the unstable flow in the turboma-chinery pose challenges for experimental measurement.The multi-hole pressure probe measurement technology is the only method for simultaneous measurement of three-dimensional velocity vector,static pressure and total pressure in experimental measurement technology.In this paper,a novel 18-hole probe layout based on the regu-lar icosahedron,which optimizes the utilization of measurement holes is designed.A set of well-performing di-mensionless coefficients were designed according to the layout characteristics,and a corresponding data process-ing method was developed based on the pressure sorting partitioning method.The probe was experimentally cali-brated.Considering the sources of error,a comprehensive analysis of the uncertainty during the calibration pro-cess has been conducted,taking into account the influence of instrument environment,interpolation methods,and overlapping areas of the grid.The results indicate that,with a 95%confidence level,the prediction errors for the deflection angle and pitch angle are within 0.45°and 0.18°,respectively,and the error in the magnitude of velocity is within 0.32%.The probe was used to measure the rotating stall flow field of a low-speed counter-rotat-ing compressor,and the results indicate that the probe effectively identifies the recirculation characteristics up-stream of the rotor in the complex three-dimensional stall flow field.The presented stall structure is similar to the results of numerical simulations and wall hot-wire experiments,validating the reliability of the eighteen-hole pressure probe in the measurement of three-dimensional unsteady flow fields.
