摘  要:以一阶固有频率最大化为目标、以卡箍安装管段序号(整数变量)与安装位置坐标(连续变量)为设计变量,建立了发动机管路固有振动特性调整的卡箍安装位置优化的混合整数非线性规划(Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming,MINLP)模型,结合L型和Z型管路固有振动特性预测的Kriging代理模型和全局高效优化方法(Efficient Global Optimization,EGO)获得了管路卡箍安装位置优化设计结果。计算结果表明:基于代理模型与EGO方法的卡箍安装位置优化方法的模型重分析次数约为传统遗传算法的16.9%和1.8%,优化时长较遗传算法分别缩短80.63%和97.62%;卡箍安装位置优化前后的管路一阶固有频率分别提升132%和145%,能够获得卡箍安装位置混合整数非线性规划问题最优解,为发动机管路固有振动特性调整和卡箍安装位置优化提供参考。With the objective of maximizing the first-order natural frequency of the pipe system and consid-ering the clamp segment index(integer variable)and its installation position(continuous variable)as design variables,mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model was established for optimizing the clamp instal-lation positions to adjust the natural vibration characteristics of engine pipelines.The optimization design results were achieved by integrating the Kriging surrogate model,which predicts the natural vibration characteristics of L-shaped and Z-shaped pipes,with the Efficient Global Optimization(EGO)method.The times of re-analyses required by the clamp installation position model,based on the surrogate model and EGO method,was approxi-mately 16.9%and 1.8%of that required by the traditional genetic algorithm.The optimization time was reduced by 80.63%and 97.62%,respectively,compared to the genetic algorithm.The first-order natural frequency of the pipeline increased by 132%and 145%before and after the optimization of the clamp installation positions,achieving the optimal solution for the Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming(MINLP)problem,providing a valu-able reference for adjusting the natural vibration characteristics of engine pipelines and optimizing clamp installa-tion positions.
