摘　　要：在《〈黑格尔法哲学批判〉导言》中,马克思深入剖析了现代化进程中德国相对滞后的社会现状,揭示了德意志现代化与人的解放目标之间的背离问题。他以人的解放超越资产阶级政治解放为价值原则,为解答德国现代化发展之路构建了宏大的历史观格局。从历史演进的角度看,现代化与人的解放之间并非简单的线性统一关系,而是一种动态的、通过持续引导与调整不断修正的复杂统一过程。在应然层面,马克思创造性地提出了“有原则高度的实践”哲学构想,旨在从理论层面解决现代化发展与人的解放之间的悖论性关系。在现实层面,中国式现代化将“有原则高度的实践”转化为具体实践,推动现代化与人的解放关系进入全新历史阶段。In the Introduction of Critics of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right,Marx deeply analyzed Germany’s relatively backward social status in the modernization process and pointed out the deviation between Germany’s modernization and the goal of human liberation.Taking the transcendence of bourgeois political liberation through human liberation as a value principle,Marx constructed a grand historical perspective for addressing the path of Germany’s modernization development.In historical evolution,the relationship between modernization and human liberation is not a linear unity but a dynamic and complex unity process that is constantly revised through continuous guidance and adjustment.Marx creatively proposed the philosophical concept of practice with high principle aiming to propose a theoretical solution to the paradoxical relationship between modernization development and human liberation.Chinese path to modernization has transformed the philosophical concept of practice with high principle into vivid practical reality,pushing the relationship between modernization and human liberation into a new historical stage.
