摘　　要：谈心谈话是高校辅导员落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,表现出鲜明的社会主义意识形态属性。高校辅导员谈心谈话的高质量开展面临着高校辅导员谈心谈话形式与大学生话语接受习惯之间相互背离、单一的谈心谈话主体与复杂话语环境之间存在冲突、高层次谈话价值目标与低层次话语内容之间存在割裂等现实问题。对此,要通过不断创新高校辅导员谈心谈话的实践形式、提升多元社会主体的话语自觉、重构谈心谈话科学化的目标体系等策略,不断推进高校辅导员谈心谈话的高质量开展。Heart-to-heart talks are a crucial means for college counselors to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,demonstrating distinct socialist ideological attributes.The high-quality heart-to-heart talks by college counselors faces practical challenges such as discrepancy between the form of these talks and the discourse acceptance habits of college students,conflicts between single subject of heart-to-heart talks and complex discourse environment,and disconnect between high-level conversation value targets and low-level discourse content.In response,this study proposes strategies including innovating the practical forms of counselors'talks,enhancing discourse consciousness among diverse social subjects,and reconstructing a scientific goal system for heart-to-heart talks,so as to promote their high-quality delivery.
