摘　　要：设计一种用于喷涂加工线的喷涂配方预设方法。构建低成本自动喷涂加方案,结合喷涂配方预设,解决面对种类繁杂工件需要频繁人工调整喷涂设备喷涂配方参数问题。运用编码器定位原理并结合以太网通信,实现工件到位后自动获取生产管理系统预设喷涂配方的目的。实验结果表明,该方法能减轻工人的劳动量,提高喷涂效率。This study designs a preset spraying formula method for spraying processing lines.By constructing a low-cost automated spraying solution combined with preset spraying formulas,it addresses the issue of frequent manual adjustments to spraying equipment parameters due to diverse and complex tasks.The encoder positioning principle and Ethernet communication are employed to automatically retrieve preset spraying formulas from the production management system once the workpiece is in place.Experimental results demonstrate that this method reduces labor intensity for workers and improves spraying efficiency.
