摘　　要：2022—2023年秦汉史研究成果丰硕。政治、制度与法律史研究依旧兴盛,诸多学者借助简牍和考古器物从王朝合法性、国家治理、皇帝制度、中央与地方行政制度、官吏群体、律令体系等展开探讨。简牍与经济史、社会史研究多点开花,土地制度、赋役制度、重农政策、物资管理、商业发展、家庭与聚落、户籍与身份等成为讨论重点。历史地理和民族边疆方面,关于政区地理、边疆治理、民族关系、民族意识、民族交融等研究较为集中。在思想、文化领域,儒学研究仍然受到关注,围绕《史记》《汉书》展开的史学史研究亦可圈可点。同时,秦汉文化形式上的多彩、地域上的多元,也越来越形成共识。总的来看,新材料的集中刊布,使秦汉史研究有了令人惊喜的突破以及再探讨的空间,但相关研究还要更加注重理论方法的创新。The study of Qin and Han history in the 2022—2023 period has yielded substantial results.Research on political,institutional,and legal history remains vigorous,with numerous scholars utilizing bamboo slips and archaeological artifacts to explore topics such as dynastic legitimacy,state governance,the imperial system,central-local administrative structures,the bureaucratic system,as well legal codes.Studies on socioeconomic history,particularly those incorporating bamboo slip evidence,have also flourished,with significant focus on land policies,taxation and corvée labor systems,agrarian policies,material resource management,commercial development,family structures and settlements,as well as household registration and social identity.In the field of historical geography and ethnic-borderland studies,research has centered on administrative geography,frontier governance,interethnic relations,ethnic consciousness,and processes of ethnic integration.In the realm of thought and culture,the study of Confucianism still attracted attention,and the research on the history of historiography centered on Records of the Grand Historian(史记)and Book of Han(汉书)was also remarkable.Furthermore,increasing scholarly consensus recognizes the rich cultural diversity and regional variations of the Qin and Han periods.Overall,the concentrated publication of new materials has led to remarkable breakthroughs and opened new avenues for further inquiry in Qin-Han historical studies.However,greater emphasis should be placed on theoretical and methodological innovation to advance the field further.
