摘 要:目的开发一种用于处理含硫化氢酸性气的低成本硫氢化钠(NaHS)生产工艺并进行工业化应用,实现尾气达标排放。方法将酸性气原料与混合碱液在塔式一级反应器内逆流接触并发生反应,反应后的粗NaHS溶液、循环碱液、一级净化气分别进入汽提塔、循环冷却器和搅拌槽式二级反应器;二级反应器内反应后的二级碱液和二级净化气分别进入半成品罐和静态混合器式三级反应器;三级反应器内反应后的气液两相反应产物进入半成品罐;半成品罐分出的半成品碱液与循环碱液混合后作为混合碱液返回一级反应器,分出的三级净化气在水洗分离罐内与除盐水接触后产生氨水。结果经工业化装置验证,该工艺在不对酸性气原料进行预处理的情况下,可有效脱除NaHS产品中的氨类等杂质,可根据市场需要灵活生产出不同规格的NaHS产品,并保证净化气达标排放,还可生产氨水。结论该工艺具有资源化利用程度高、NaHS选择性高、操作灵活、设备和操作费用低的特点,可为其他酸性气处理装置提供参考。Objective The aim is to develop a low-cost sodium hydrosulfide(NaHS)production process for treating acid gas containing hydrogen sulfide and carry out industrial applications,to achieve the up-to-standard emission of tail gas.Method The acid gas feed and the mixed caustic solution were counter currently contacted and reacted in the column type first-stage reactor,and the crude NaHS solution,circulating caustic solution,and first-stage purified gas after the reaction were respectively entered into the stripping column,circulating cooler,and stirred tank type second-stage reactor.The second-stage caustic solution and second-stage purified gas from the second-stage reactor entered the semi-finished product tank and the static mixer type third-stage reactor,respectively.The gas-liquid two-phase reaction product from the third-stage reactor entered the semi-finished product tank.The semi-finished caustic solution separated from the semi-finished product tank was mixed with the circulating caustic solution and returned to the first-stage reactor as a mixed caustic solution.The third-stage purified gas was contacted with the desalted water in the water washing separator and produced ammonia water.Result It had been verified by the industrial unit that the process could effectively remove ammonia and other impurities from NaHS products without pre-treatment of acid gas feed.It could flexibly produce different specifications of NaHS products according to market needs,and ensure that purified gas met the emission standards.It could also produce ammonia water.Conclusion This process has the characteristics of high resource utilization,high selectivity of NaHS,flexible operation,and low equipment and operating costs,which can provide a reference for other acid gas treatment units.
