摘 要:目的为了确认现有分析方法标准是否适用于分析氢气含量较高的掺氢天然气样品,开展掺氢天然气分析方法研究。方法采用气相色谱法分析掺氢天然气组成,通过减小定量环、调整升温程序、调整转阀时间等措施优化分析方法。结果氢气和氦气的分离度、方法的准确度和精密度满足GB/T 13610—2020《天然气的组成分析气相色谱法》的要求。当氢气物质的量分数为3.01%~25.50%时,气相色谱仪呈线性响应。此外,明确了标准气体本身引入的不确定度对评估样品气不确定度的重要影响。结论该研究为掺氢天然气质量监测和准确计量提供了支撑,为在役管道掺氢输送业务发展奠定了分析测试技术基础。Objective In order to confirm the applicability of existing analysis and testing standards for hydrogen-blended natural gas with high hydrogen content,it is necessary to carry out a study on the analytical method of hydrogen-blended natural gas.Method Gas chromatography was employed to analyze the composition of hydrogen-blended natural gas.The analytical method was optimized by reducing the sample loop size,refining heating procedures,and adjusting valve switching time.Result The resolution of hydrogen and helium,the accuracy and precision of the method meet the requirements of GB/T 13610—2020 Analysis of natural gas composition—Gas chromatography.The gas chromatograph exhibited a linear response over the range of hydrogen molar fraction from 3.01%to 25.50%.It is also clear that the uncertainty introduced by the standard gas itself is essential to assess the uncertainty of the sample gas.Conclusion The study validates the reliability of monitoring and accurately measuring hydrogen-blended natural gas quality and establishes a foundation for advancing analytical technologies in transportation.
