摘  要:为解决初始缝隙导致的堵盖打开前燃气泄漏以及堵盖初始位置与实际情况不符的问题,基于动网格与滑移网格技术,建立了打开前无初始缝隙的整体式堵盖打开过程强瞬态流场数值计算模型,研究了流场演化特征与堵盖动力学行为,分析了堵盖打开压强、燃烧室建压速率、堵盖材料密度对堵盖打开过程的影响规律。结果表明:堵盖打开过程可分为三个阶段,第一阶段环缝壅塞而喉部未壅塞,第二阶段环缝与喉部同时壅塞,第三阶段仅喉部壅塞,但喉部下游的流动分离受堵盖影响;当堵盖打开压强由1.5 MPa升高至2.5 MPa,堵盖运动最大速度升高31.0%;当堵盖材料密度由3.2 g/cm^(3)减小至2.2 g/cm^(3),堵盖运动最大速度升高16.9%;第二阶段仅出现于堵盖发生位移39.5 mm时,但出现的时刻却受堵盖打开压强等因素影响。In order to solve the problem of gas leakage before the closure was opened due to the initial gap,and the problem that the initial position of the closure was inconsistent with the actual situation,a numerical model of the strong-transient flow field during the opening of integral closure was established,which was initially sealed before opening by means of the dynamic grid and sliding grid technology.The evolution characteristics of the flow field and the dynamical behaviors of the closure were studied,and the effects of the closure opening pressure,the rate of pressure rise and the density of the closure material on the opening of closure were analyzed.The results show that the opening of closure can be divided into three stages.In the first stage,the annular gap is choked without the throat being choked.In the second stage,the annular gap and the throat are choked at the same time.In the third stage,only the throat is choked,but the flow separation of the downstream flow in the throat is affected by closure.The maximum movement velocity of closure increases by 31.0%when the closure opening pressure increases from 1.5 MPa to 2.5 MPa.The maximum movement velocity of closure increases by 16.9%when the density of the closure material decreases from^(3).2 g/cm^(3)to 2.2 g/cm^(3).The second stage only occurs when the displacement of closure is 39.5 mm,but the time of occurrence is affected by factors such as the closure opening pressure.
