摘 要:为探究三维曲面隔离段内流特性,采用数值仿真方法分别分析了通流时隔离段无侧壁收缩基准型面、侧壁收缩模型的内流特性,并研究了侧壁收缩的影响。结果表明:隔离段型面的流动主要由上下壁面偏折所产生的激波、膨胀波和其反射波主导,气流未受到明显横向扰动,而转弯段型面部分,受弯曲壁面和侧壁收缩的影响,高低能流分布不均匀;与基准型面相比,隔离段的侧壁收缩导致了三维压缩波的形成,并在压缩波下游形成位于隔离段侧壁面附近的局部高压区;受到横向扰动影响,靠近上下壁面的气流向对称面方向偏折,横截面主流流场表现出较明显的低速区和高速区;隔离段侧壁收缩越剧烈,侧壁压缩越强,横向干扰越厉害,三维曲面隔离段出口的总压恢复系数和马赫数随之减小,转弯段出口流场左下角的低速低总压区越大。总之,剧烈的侧壁收缩增大总压损失,影响隔离段内部流场和降低进入燃烧室的气流质量。In order to explore the internal flow characteristics of the three-dimensional curved surface isolator,the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the internal flow characteristics of the isolator without sidewall contraction benchmark profile and sidewall contraction model,and the influence of sidewall contraction was studied.The results show that the flow of the isolator profile is mainly dominated by shock waves,expansion waves and their reflected waves generated by the deflection of the upper and lower walls,and the airflow is not obviously disturbed laterally,while the profile of the turning section is affected by the contraction of the curved wall and sidewall,and the distribution of high and low energy flows are uneven;Compared with the benchmark profile,the contraction of the sidewall of the isolator leads to the formation of three-dimensional compression wave,and a local high pressure region near the sidewall of the isolator is formed downstream of the compression wave.Under the influence of lateral disturbance,the airflow near the upper and lower walls deflects in the direction of symmetry,and the cross-sectional mainstream flow field shows obvious low-speed and high-speed regions;The more severe the sidewall contraction of the isolator is,the stronger the sidewall compression is,and the more severe the lateral interference is.The total pressure recovery coefficient and Mach number at the outlet of the three-dimensional curved surface isolator decrease,and the low-speed and low-total pressure area at the lower left corner of the flow field at the outlet of the turning section increases.In sum,severe sidewall contraction will increase the total pressure loss,affect the internal flow field in the isolator and reduce the air flow quality entering the combustion chamber.
