摘 要:为了探究弯曲变形对10Ni3CrMoV板材焊接接头疲劳寿命的影响,运用有限元模拟软件Ansys Workbench以及疲劳分析软件Ansys nCode Design Life基于焊接件实际形状尺寸建立焊接接头试件模型,并对其疲劳寿命进行了模拟计算。结果表明,弯曲度是影响焊接接头疲劳的重要影响因素之一;应力、应变集中主要出现在焊接接头焊趾处,弯曲度会导致试样断裂位置的改变;通过优化焊接顺序、增加引弧板等措施可有效控制变形,改善接头疲劳性能。In order to investigate the effect of bending deformation on the fatigue life of welded joint of 10Ni3CrMoV plate,finite element simulation software Ansys Workbench and fatigue analysis software Ansys nCode Design Life were used to establish a welded joint specimen model based on the actual shape and size of the welded joint,and its fatigue life was simulated and calculated.The results indicate that the bending degree is a critical factor influencing the fatigue life of welded joints.Stress and strain concentration mainly occur at the weld toe of the welded joint,and variations in the bending degree can alter the fracture location of the specimen.By optimizing the welding sequence and incorporating an arc plate,deformation can be effectively controlled,and the fatigue performance of the joint can be enhanced.
