摘  要:为了探究不同气侵条件下油井用水基环空保护液对J55油套管的缓蚀性能及缓蚀作用机理,模拟油套环空在气体环境为N_(2)和3种不同气侵工况(CO_(2)/O_(2)/CO_(2)+O_(2))条件下,对环空保护液的腐蚀结果进行分析。结果表明,在N_(2)条件下环空保护液缓蚀率为79.1%,在CO_(2)、CO_(2)+O_(2)和O_(2)气侵工况下环空保护液缓蚀率分别为75.2%、67.4%和6.5%,与N_(2)条件相比,发生气侵时环空保护液的缓蚀性能减弱,且在有O_(2)介质参与的气侵条件下环空保护液的缓蚀率减弱明显,不能满足SY/T 5273—2014标准要求(缓蚀率≥70%)。与模拟油田采出水的空白溶液相比,J55试样在模拟油田采出水环空保护液中腐蚀电位正移,该种环空保护液其作用机理为“负催化效应”型,其对腐蚀过程阳极反应阻滞作用显著,对降低J55油套管腐蚀速率有一定效果。To investigate the corrosion inhibition performance and mechanisms of water-based annular protection fluids on J55 casing and tubing under various gas invasion conditions,a series of corrosion experimentswere conducted.By simulating tubing-casing annulus under nitrogen(N_(2))environment and three different gas invasion conditions(CO_(2)/O_(2)/CO_(2)+O_(2)mixture),the corrosion behavior of the annular protection fluids were analyzed.The results demonstrated that the corrosion inhibition rate of the annular protection fluid reached 79.1%under N_(2)environments.However,when subjected to gas invasion conditions involving CO_(2),CO_(2)+O_(2),or pure O_(2),the corrosion inhibition rate were 75.2%,67.4%,and 6.5%,respectively.In comparison to N_(2)conditions,the corrosion inhibition performance of the annular protection fluid was significantly reduced under gas invasion conditions.Furthermore,under gas intrusion conditions with the presence of O_(2),the corrosion inhibition rare of the annular protection fluid decreased significantly,failing to meet the requirements specified in SY/T 5273-2014(corrosion inhibition rate≥70%).When compared to the blank solution of simulated oilfield produced water,the corrosion potential of J55 steel specimens in the simulated oilfield produced water annular protection fluid exhibited a positive shift.The mechanism of this annular protection solution is a"negative catalytic effect"type,which significantly blocks the anodic reaction during the corrosion process and thereby reduces the corrosion rate of J55 casing and tubing.
