摘 要:针对300M超高强钢高质量焊接快速修复需求,设计选用同质、H18CrMoA、ER80S-B2和ER120S-G 4种焊丝,采用TIG焊方法开展300M钢棒材焊接修复试验。建立300M钢棒材电弧焊修复有限元计算模型,按照预热、缓冷、拘束条件等工况建模,网格尺寸匹配焊接速度,计算获得300M钢4种焊丝修复后的残余应力场分布特征,对比残余应力、修复后力学性能的差异。结果表明,采用同质焊丝修复300M钢的试样残余应力最低,且接头力学性能均匀,与母材力学性能较为接近;H18CrMoA焊丝修复300M钢的试样性能次之,也可作为修复选用。In response to its demand for high-quality welding and rapid repair of 300M ultra-high strength steel,four types of welding wires,namely homogeneous,H18CrMoA,ER80S-B2,and ER120S-G,were designed and utilized to conduct TIG welding repair experiments on 300M steel bars.A finite element calculation model for 300M steel bar repaired by arc welding,simulating preheating,slow cooling,constraint conditions and other working conditions,was developed.By matching the mesh size with the welding speed,the distribution characteristics of the residual stress field after repair using the four types of welding wires were calculated.The differences in residual stress and mechanical properties after repair were analyzed.The results indicated that the residual stress of 300M steel welded joint repaired using homogenous welding wire was the lowest among the options.Additionally,the mechanical properties of the joint were uniform and closely approximate those of the base metal.In comparison,the welded joint repaired with H18CrMoA welding wire exhibited slightly inferior performance but remained a viable alternative for repair applications.
