摘 要:为了提高完井油管柱螺纹连接密封性能,针对高温高压气井油管特殊螺纹接头在复杂工况下易发生泄漏的问题,通过失效分析、有限元模拟与全尺寸试验相结合的方法,系统研究了螺纹接头的密封性能。研究发现,传统螺纹接头因设计公差不足、应力集中及密封面接触压力分布不均等问题,易导致粘扣、塑性变形及腐蚀泄漏。通过对比锥面对锥面与球面对锥面两种密封结构的特性,提出一种新型复合密封结构(锥面+球面),集成锥面结构的高抗粘扣性和球面结构的密封稳定性优势。有限元分析表明,新型结构在拉伸载荷下密封接触面积恒定,主密封面远离应力腐蚀区域,有效降低局部塑性变形。新型气密封螺纹满足API RP 5C5:2017标准四级试验要求,显著提高了高温高压环境下的密封可靠性。研究结果可为高温高压用油气井完井管柱的安全设计提供理论依据和技术支撑。In order to improve the sealing performance of threaded connection during completion operations,a systematic investigation into the sealing performance of threaded connection in high temperature and high pressure gas wells has been conducted through failure analysis,finite element simulation,and full-scale testing.It has been observed that the traditional thread is prone to issues such as bonding failures,plastic deformation,and corrosion-induced leakage.These problems are primarily attributed to insufficient design tolerances,stress concentration,and non-uniform contact pressure distribution on the sealing surface.By conducting a comparative analysis of the characteristics of cone-to-cone and ball-to-cone sealing structures,a novel composite sealing structure(combining cone-to-cone and spherical surface features)is proposed.This design integrates the high anti-adhesion properties of the cone structure with the superior sealing stability of the spherical structure.The finite element analysis indicates that the sealing contact area of the new structure remains constant under tensile loading.Additionally,the primary sealing surface is located at a distance from the stress corrosion region,thereby effectively mitigating local plastic deformation.The newly designed gas seal thread satisfies the requirements of Level 4 specified in API RP 5C5:2017 testing,which substantially enhances sealing reliability in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.These research findings provide a theoretical foundation and technical support for the safety design of completion strings in oil and gas wells with high temperature and high pressure.
