摘  要:针对小直径管道内检测器在天然气高流速工况下速度波动大、检测精度不高等问题,设计了一种适用于小直径管道内检测器的速度控制单元。首先给出调速原理与构造特征,并分析速度控制单元运行机理,得到其运行速度与泄流开度的传递函数;其次结合区间PID控制策略和反馈闭环,实现检测器速度的收敛与分级调控;再次基于流体力学原理仿真计算速度控制单元的泄流降速能力;最后通过环路试验场测试速度控制单元,其速度最大波动为区间差值的22.75%,最大响应时间约为7.6 s。结果表明,设计的速度控制单元能有效调控检测器速度,提升小直径管道检测精度。In tackling velocity fluctuation and insufficient detection accuracy of detectors in small-diameter pipelines under high gas flow rates,a speed control unit applicable to inspection tool of small diameter pipeline was developed.Firstly,the principle of speed control and construction characteristics were given.By analyzing the operation mechanism of the speed control unit,the transfer function between its operation speed and the opening degree of the drain valve was obtained.Secondly,by integrating an interval PID control strategy with feedback closed loop,the convergence and graded regulation of the operation speed were realized.Subsequently,based on the principle of fluid dynamics,the speed reduction capability of speed control unit was obtained by simulation and analysis.Finally,the speed control unit was tested by the loop test field,and the maximal fluctuation of its speed is 22.75%of the interval difference,and the maximal response time is about 7.6 s.The results indicate that the developed speed control unit can effectively control the detector speed and enhance accuracy of inspection tool.
