摘　　要：人才振兴是乡村振兴的重要支撑。为探索广东乡村振兴培训学院高标准建设,通过三重螺旋理论,发现大学、企业和政府之间在推动乡村振兴培训学院高标准建设中存在合作共赢的伙伴关系,针对当前广东乡村振兴培训学院高标准建设面临的困境,提出统一建设目标,从打造平台站点、筑牢强师工程、完善培训体系、提升服务能力等四个方面系统构建,整体推进,不断强化培训保障机制,努力建成广东高标准、高水平乡村振兴培训学院。Talent revitalization is an important support for rural revitalization.By applying the triple helix theory to explore the high-standard construction of Guangdong Rural Revitalization Training Institute,we find that there is a cooperative and win-win partnership between universities,enterprises,and the government in promoting the high-standard construction of Guangdong Rural Revitalization Training Institute.In response to the current difficulties faced by the high-standard construction of Guangdong Rural Revitalization Training Institute,we propose unified construction goals,and carry out systematic construction from four aspects:building platform sites,strengthening teacher projects,improving training systems,and enhancing service capabilities.We should make overall progress,continuously strengthen the training guarantee mechanism,and strive to build a high-standard and high-level rural revitalization training institute in Guangdong.
