摘 要:通过比较不同采收时间对浙江桐庐杭白芍中总皂苷和芍药苷含量的影响,确定最佳采收期。采用分光光度计和HPLC法分别测定不同采收年份和季节的桐庐杭白芍中总皂苷和芍药苷的含量。结果显示,四年间桐庐杭白芍中总皂苷和芍药苷的含量随年份递增,四年生杭白芍根中的总皂苷和芍药苷平均含量分别达到18.21%和2.21%。二年生桐庐杭白芍根中的总皂苷和芍药苷含量在第四季度平均含量最高,分别为11.78%和1.51%。结合有关桐庐土壤菌群的文献发现,桐庐杭白芍根的总皂苷、芍药苷含量于第二季度增长最多并于次年第一季度降低的现象与土壤菌群数量、多样性变化一致。总之,杭白芍的道地性与桐庐当地土壤环境紧密相关,杭白芍以四年生、第四季度采收最佳,其总皂苷、芍药苷的含量变化与土壤菌群有关。We conducted a comparative analysis of the effects of different harvest times on the contents of total saponins and paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora in Tonglu,to determine the optimal harvest time.The contents of total saponins and paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora from Tonglu in different harvest years and seasons were determined by spectrophotometry and HPLC.The results indicated that the contents of total saponins and paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora in Tonglu increased with the increase of years,and the average contents of total saponins and paeoniflorin in the roots of four-yearold Paeonia lactiflora reached 18.21%and 2.21%respectively.The average contents of total saponins and paeoniflorin in the roots of two-year-old Paeonia lactiflora in Tonglu were the highest in the fourth quarter,accounting for 11.78%and 1.51%respectively.Combined with the documents about soil bacterial microbiome in Tonglu,it was found that the content of total saponins and paeoniflorin in the root of Paeonia lactiflora in Tonglu increased the most in the second quarter and decreased in the first quarter of the following year.This phenomenon was consistent with the change of soil bacterial microbiome quantity and diversity.In conclusion,the authenticity of Paeonia lactiflora is closely related to the local soil environment in Tonglu.Harvesting four-year-old Paeonia lactiflora in the fourth quarter is deemed optimal,and the variations in total saponins and paeoniflorin may be related to the soil bacterial microbiome.
