柞蚕耐药性与SOD活性关系的初步研究

摘　　要：为探讨柞蚕耐药性与SOD活性的关系,2023年放养柞蚕进行耐药性检测和柞蚕幼虫不同组织SOD活性检测。柞蚕的耐药性因品种和农药种类而异,柞蚕品种的耐药性表现出杂种优势,也因品种组合和农药种类而异。耐药性检测结果显示,柞蚕品种JQ、TD对敌敌畏的耐药性较强,D2、889对苦参碱的耐药性较强;SOD活性检测结果显示,柞蚕幼虫不同品种组织SOD活性不同,脂肪体、中肠、丝腺、血淋巴中SOD活性最高的品种分别为YQ、D2、JQ、LQ;相关性分析的结果,柞蚕幼虫脂肪体中SOD活性杂种优势率与敌敌畏耐药性杂种优势率呈高度正相关,相关系数为0.9199;柞蚕幼虫丝腺中SOD活性杂种优势率与苦参碱耐药性杂种优势率呈高度正相关,相关系数为0.8549。To investigate the relationship between the drug-resistance of tussah and SOD activity,a study was conducted in 2023 involving the assessment of resistance and the activity of SOD in different tissues of tussah's larvae.The resistance of mulberry silkworms varies based on the variety and type of pesticide used,exhibiting hybrid vigor depending on both the variety combinations and the types of pesticides.The results of the resistance tests indicated that the varieties JQ and TD exhibited strong resistance to dichlorvos,while D2 and 889 showed higher resistance to matrine.Additionally,the SOD activity tests revealed that the SOD activity levels differed among various tissues of the larvae.The highest SOD activity in adipose tissue,midgut,silk gland,and hemolymph were found in the varieties YQ,D2,JQ,and LQ,respectively.Correlation analysis showed a highly positive correlation between the hybrid vigor rate of SOD activity in the adipose tissue of mulberry silkworm larvae and the hybrid vigor rate of resistance to dichlorvos,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9199.Furthermore,a highly positive correlation was observed between the hybrid vigor rate of SOD activity in the silk glands and the hybrid vigor rate of resistance to matrine,with a correlation coefficient of 0.8549.
