摘 要:选用4个不同温度对5种柞蚕茧进行加温处理,测定出在不同温度下的发育速率,利用统计学最小二乘方法,计算出5种柞蚕蛹期有效积温及发育起点温度。不同品种柞蚕蛹的发育起点温度、有效积温测定结果:选大4号分别为10.4±0.23℃、244.3℃·d,吉柞889为10.4±0.13℃、245.0℃·d,吉抗109为10.2±0.24℃、244.7℃·d,L青为11.1±0.38℃、228.0℃·d,吉青为10.2±0.18℃、258.0℃·d。测定5个柞蚕品种的有效积温和发育起点温度,可作为柞蚕茧羽化调节的依据。Heating treatments were applied to five species of tussah cocoons at four different temperatures to measure the developmental rates at these temperatures.The effective accumulated temperature and developmental threshold temperature during the pupal stage for the five species were calculated using the statistical method of least squares.The results of the measurements for the developmental threshold temperatures and effective accumulated temperatures of the different varieties were as follows:the threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature for Xuanda 4 were respectively 10.4±0.23℃and 244.3℃·d;that for Jizha 889 were 10.4±0.13℃and 245.0℃·d;that for Jikang 109 were 10.2±0.24℃and 244.7℃·d;that for L Qing were 11.1±0.38℃and 228.0℃·d;and that for Jiqing were 10.2±0.18℃and 258.0℃·d,respectively.The determination of effective accumulated temperatures and developmental threshold temperatures for these five tussah varieties can serve as a basis for regulating the emergence of tussah from cocoons.
