摘 要:基于生命周期碳排放分析(LCA)和生命周期成本效益分析(LCCA)方法学,对传统HFC类制冷剂R134a及环保制冷剂R1234yf、R744和R290进行了环保和经济性的双重评估。LCA结果表明:2022年我国汽车空调行业总排放量约为1.62亿tCO_(2)当量,各制冷剂热泵系统的全国平均碳排放排序从低到高为R290、R1234yf、R744和R134a。LCCA结果表明:R134a新能源汽车热泵生命周期成本净现值约为11424元,3种环保制冷剂中R290的系统生命周期成本在全国平均条件下显著低于R134a。Based on life cycle assessment(LCA)and life cycle cost assessment(LCCA)methodology,the traditional HFC refrigerants R134a and low-GWP refrigerants of R1234yf,R744 and R290 have been analyzed.LCA results show that the total carbon emissions of China's automotive air conditioning industry in 2022 is about 162 million tons of CO_(2)equivalent.The national average carbon emissions of various refrigerant heat pump systems are ranked from low to high as R290,R1234yf,R744,and R134a.The LCCA results show that the net present value of the life cycle cost for R134a-based new energy vehicle(NEV)heat pump systems is approximately 11424 yuan.Among the three eco-friendly refrigerants,the system life cycle cost of R290 is significantly lower than that of R134a under national average conditions.
