摘 要:目的探索基于功能性运动测试(FMS)的训练干预措施对部队新兵军事训练伤的预防效果。方法选取解放军某部2021年入伍的200名新兵作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组(n=100),两组新兵均行FMS,然后按中国人民解放军军事训练大纲项目进行为期90 d的军事训练,其中干预组依据训前FMS测试结果给予纠正性训练,对照组不施加干预训练。比较两组新兵受训前后FMS评分和训练伤发生情况。结果对照组训练后跨栏步、直线弓步蹲2项FMS子评分优于训练前,干预组FMS总分及6个子项目(深蹲、跨栏步、直线弓步蹲、肩部灵活性、躯干稳定俯卧撑、旋转稳定性)评分均优于训练前(P<0.05)。训练前两组新兵FMS总分和各子项目评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后干预组FMS总分和深蹲、跨栏步、直线弓步蹲、肩部灵活性、躯干稳定俯卧撑、旋转稳定性评分6项子评分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组主动直膝抬腿子评分相近(P>0.05)。干预组训练伤发生率低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FMS的干预训练可以有针对性地调整新兵的运动功能缺陷,促进其在军事训练过程中更好地提高身体的各项运动能力,降低军事训练伤发生率。Objective To explore the effectiveness of training interventions based on functional movement screen(FMS)in preventing military training injuries in army recruits.Methods Two hundred military recruits enlisted in 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group(n=100)according to the random number table method.All of them underwent military training in 90 days according to the Military Training Program of PLA following by FMS.Soldiers in the intervention group were given corrective training according to pre-training FMS scores,and soldiers in the control group were not given any inventional training.FMS scores before and after training as well as the occurrence of training injuries were compared between the two groups.Results After training,only two items(hurdle step and straight bow step squat)of FMS scores in the control group were better than those before training,while in the intervention group,the total FMS scores as well as six items(deep squat,hurdle step,straight bow step squat,shoulder mobility,trunk stability push-up and rotary stability)scores were all improved than pre-training ones(P<0.05).Before training,there were no statistically significant differences between the total and each item of FMS scores of the study subjects in the two groups(P>0.05).After training,total scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of deep squat,hurdle step,straight bow step squat,shoulder flexibility,trunk stabilization push-up,and rotational stability were higher than those in the control group,which showed statistical differences(P<0.05).Post-training scores of active straight raise were similar in two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of training injuries in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For military recruits,FMS-based intervention training could modulate their individual deficits in movement function,help them improve all kinds of physical exercise capacities du
