摘　　要：地舒单抗和特立帕肽是目前治疗骨质疏松症较为理想的两种药物,本文对两种药物的作用机制、代谢机制、疗效评估、不良反应、停药后序贯治疗以及成本效益分析等方面进行综述,旨在根据药物特征制定最佳治疗方案,在使患者利益最大化的同时尽可能减轻社会医疗压力。Denosumab and teriparatide are two ideal drugs for the treatment of osteoporosis at present.This paper reviews the action mechanism and the metabolic mechanism,therapeutic effect evaluation,adverse reactions,sequential treatment after drug withdrawal,cost-benefit analysis and other aspects of the two drugs,aiming to formulate the best treatment plan according to the drug characteristics,so as to maximize the interests of patients and reduce the social medical pressure as much as possible.
