摘　　要：现代化是尚未完成的世界历史命题。从历史规律来看,通用技术变革是推动生产力跃迁和文明转换的关键驱动力。人类正加速迈入以人工智能作为新一代通用技术的人工智能时代,其发展很大程度上反映了现代化发展的进程,提供了重塑现代工业文明的历史机遇。中国式现代化在人工智能时代展现出独特的适应性与引领性。一方面,中国式现代化契合人工智能发展的结构特质,形成“政治引领—制度赋能—市场驱动”的三维体系,坚持党的领导锚定技术发展方向,通过新型举国体制突破关键核心技术壁垒,依托超大规模市场发挥创新生态的涌现效应。同时,以进一步全面深化改革,加快塑造推动人工智能发展的新型生产关系。另一方面,面对大国竞争的“斯普特尼克时刻”,中国致力于调节全球生产力发展失衡的状况,积极构建人工智能全球治理新秩序,以“人工智能+”驱动新一轮科技革命和产业变革,破解西方人工智能的治理霸权与技术垄断,作出人工智能时代中国式现代化的世界贡献。Modernization is an unfinished world historical proposition.From the perspective of historical laws,the transformation of general technology is a key driving force for promoting the leap in productivity and the transformation of civilization.Humanity is rapidly advancing into the era of artificial intelligence(AI),which uses AI as a new generation of general technology.The development of AI largely reflects the process of modernization and provides a historical opportunity to reshape modern industrial civilization.On the whole,the superposition of the Chinese modernization process and the AI era means that we must attach great importance to the AI‑driven modernization trend.However,previous studies have seldom linked AI with modernization,and also rarely considered the adaptability and leadership of Chinese modernization in the era of AI.Based on the perspective of Marxist political economy,this paper believes that Chinese modernization shows unique adaptability and leadership in the era of AI.On the one hand,Chinese modernization fits in with the structural characteristics of AI development,forming a system of political leadership‑institutional empowerment‑market‑driven dynamics It adheres to the Party’s leadership to guide technological development,leverages the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields,and harnesses the emergent effects of the innovation ecosystem by capitalizing on the super‑large market.Simultaneously,it comprehensively deepens reform to accelerate the formation of new production relations that facilitate the advancement of AI.On the other hand,in the face of the“Sputnik moment”of great power competition,China is committed to adjusting the global productivity imbalance,actively building a new order of global AI governance,and driving a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation with“AI+,”which will break the governance hegemony of Western AI and technological monopoly
