摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的突破,人类经济形态正加速从工业经济向数智经济演进。中国式现代化是数智时代的并联式现代化,在技术条件、发展路径、风险挑战等方面都与先发国家的现代化存在巨大不同,需要走出一条在数智化条件下推进现代化的新路。人工智能为中国式现代化提供强大的物质技术支撑,在促进全体人民共同富裕、优秀精神文化产品供给、实现人的全面发展、人与自然和谐共生、国际经济合作与和平发展、国家治理体系和治理能力现代化等方面都能发挥重要作用。也要看到,人工智能的发展和应用存在数据利用、社会、安全、发展等方面的风险。以人工智能助推中国式现代化,需要抓住新一轮科技革命和产业变革机遇、充分发挥中国有利条件,积极应对人工智能在技术创新、数字核心产业发展、基础设施布局、全方位数智化转型、治理体系完善、国际合作等方面的挑战。Modernization has both common features of countries around the world and individual characteristics of a specific country.The information technology revolution driven by computers and the Internet began in the 1950s,so industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization,and informatization in Western countries developed in tandem.With the breakthroughs in artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the human economic form is accelerating its evolution from an industrial economy to a digital and intelligent economy.Chinese path to modernization is a parallel‑style modernization in the era of the digital and intelligent economy.It significantly differs from the modernization of the developed countries in terms of technical conditions,development paths,and risks and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to find a new way to promote modernization under digital and intelligent conditions.As the most critical general‑purpose technology in the era of the digital and intelligent economy,AI has been and will continue to be deeply integrated into all aspects of the economy and society.Promoting the development and rational and effective use of AI will significantly advance Chinese path to modernization.AI provides strong material and technical support for Chinese path to modernization and plays an important role in bringing prosperity to all,providing excellent intellectual and cultural products,promoting people’s well‑rounded development,harmony between humanity and nature,and international economic cooperation and peaceful development,and modernizing China’s system and capacity for governance.It should also be noted that the development and application of AI also face risks in terms of data utilization,society,security,and development.To promote Chinese path to modernization with AI,we need to seize the opportunities presented by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,fully capitalize on China’s favorable conditions,and actively respond across multiple dimensions
