摘  要:党的二十大报告再次强调了我国的“双碳”目标,即要积极稳妥地推进碳达峰碳中和。智能制造以其高效、节能、环保的特点,不仅代表着生产方式的革新,更是实现可持续发展的重要途径,正成为推动企业绿色转型的关键力量。本文基于2009—2022年沪深A股3229家制造业上市公司共计24313个观测值,采用双向固定效应模型实证分析了智能制造对企业绿色转型的影响和机制。研究发现,智能制造能够显著推动企业绿色转型,该结论经过内生性检验和稳健性检验后仍然成立。异质性检验结果表明,相较于民营企业,国有企业在智能制造推动企业绿色转型中具有独特优势;高市场竞争度和强环境规制都会强化智能制造对企业绿色转型的推动作用。机制检验结果表明,智能制造通过提高绿色技术创新水平和提高资源获取能力推动企业绿色转型。基于研究结论,本文提出如下政策建议:企业应抓住机遇、利用自身优势积极推进智能化和绿色化发展;政府应通过支持性和监管性政策,推动企业落实国家智能制造和“双碳”目标。As the main creator of social wealth,the manufacturing industry is also a significant consumer of resources and a major source of carbon emissions,playing a pivotal role in achieving dual carbon goals.Promoting the green development of the manufacturing industry is not only a key strategy for achieving dual carbon goals but also an important means of shaping new competitive advantages,accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system,and advancing new industrialization through green transformation.Currently,manufacturing enterprises still face multiple challenges in their green transformation,such as technological and resource constraints.Intelligent manufacturing,as a new mode of production that can achieve automation,digitalization,and intelligence of the production process,plays an important role in promoting the green transformation of enterprises.The paper selects a total of 24313 valid samples from 3229 listed manufacturing enterprises nationwide from 2009 to 2022,uses text analysis to measure the level of intelligent manufacturing,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for corporate green transformation.It conducts empirical analysis on the impact of intelligent manufacturing on corporate green transformation and its transmission channels.By constructing an econometric model and controlling for industry and time fixed effects,this study reduces the impacts of individual enterprise differences and time shocks.At the same time,the instrumental variable method and the Heckman two‑step method are used for endogeneity tests to ensure the robustness of the research results.In addition,the paper also conducts a variety of robustness tests,including adding omitted control variables,replacing core variables,changing sample size,and adding fixed effects and clustering effects,as well as heterogeneity tests and mechanism tests,to fully verify the impact of intelligent manufacturing on corporate green transformation.The paper concludes that intelligent manufacturing has a significant positive eff
