摘 要:[目的/意义]目前应用在航空上的铝合金主要以2000系和7000系铝合金为主,国内多家企业、研究机构都争相在这一技术领域进行研究和专利布局,分析研究其技术发展态势具有重要意义。[方法/过程]本研究采用智慧芽全球专利数据库,以专利大数据为研究样本结合产业信息开展分析,从宏观专利申请态势、技术来源地、主要专利申请人、技术生命周期、技术效果专利申请分布等多个维度对主流航空铝合金全球技术创新趋势进行综合研判。[结果/结论]研究发现,主流航空铝合金技术正处于成熟期,中国在航空铝合金领域的专利申请数量全球领先,美国和日本紧随之后。2000系铝合金和7000系铝合金技术发展迅速,其中添加稀土元素以实现微观组织控制和性能优化是关键技术方向,具有巨大发展潜力。[Purpose/Significance]At present,the aluminium alloys used in aeronautical industry are mainly 2000 series and 7000 series aluminium alloys,and a number of domestic enterprises and research institutes are competing to carry out research and patent layout in this technical field.So the analysis and research of the technological development situation of the prevailing aeronautical aluminium alloys are of great significance.[Method/Process]With the incoPat global patent database,a large amount of patent data are analyzed,combined with industrial information,and a comprehensive research is made on the global technological innovation tendency of prevailing aeronautical aluminium alloys in terms of the patent application tendency,countries of technology origin,main patent applicants,the lifecycles of the technologies,and distribution of technological effects of the patent applications.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that the prevailing aeronautical aluminium alloy technology is in a mature stage,with China leading the world in the number of patent applications in the field of aeronautical aluminium alloys,followed by the US and Japan,and the 2000 series and 7000 series aluminium alloys are developing rapidly,in which the addition of rare earth elements to aluminium alloys to achieve microstructure control and performance optimization is a key technology direction with great development potential.
