摘　　要：[目的/意义]为提升贵州省生物医药产业发展水平,从专利视角对贵州生物医药技术研究主题及发展态势开展研究。[方法/过程]本文通过数据库检索产业相关专利信息,采用专利计量分析方法,从专利态势、技术领域及创新主体等三个维度对技术创新现状、研发重点和竞争力水平进行解析。[结果/结论]研究表明,贵州生物医药产业已步入发展成熟期,但重点研发技术比较单一,创新能力不足。专利申请人主要是医学类高校和医院,企业的研发能力有待提升。此外,高校、医院和企业之间的合作关系有待加强。基于研究结果,针对性提出升级产业结构、强化创新能力、深化对口合作、优化产业布局等对策建议,旨在为贵州生物医药产业发展提供知识产权情报支撑。[Purpose/Significance]In order to improve the development level of biomedical industry in Guizhou Province,research is conducted on the topics of biomedical technology research and development situation in Guizhou from the perspective of patents.[Method/Process]Related patent information is retrieved through database and patent bibliometric analysis method is employed to analyze the current status of technological innovation,research and development priorities,and competitiveness levels from three dimensions:patent trends,technical fields,and innovation entities.[Result/Conclusion]The research indicates that biomedical industry in Guizhou province has entered a mature stage of development,yet its key R&D technologies are relatively singular and its capacity for innovation is insufficient.The primary applicants for patents are medical colleges and hospitals,while the R&D capabilities of enterprises need to be improved.Additionally,cooperation among universities,hospitals and enterprises needs to be strengthened.Based on these findings,specific countermeasures are proposed such as upgrading the industrial structure,enhancing innovation capacity,deepening targeted cooperation,and optimizing industrial layout.These suggestions aim to provide intellectual property intelligence support for the development of biomedical industry in Guizhou.
