高内相Pickering乳液模板法构建纤维素纳米晶多孔材料及在棉浆黑液后处理中的应用

摘  要:利用高内相Pickering乳液模板法开发了一种以表面负载二氧化锰的纤维素纳米晶为基础的多孔材料,并有效应用在棉浆黑液的后处理中。利用高锰酸钾氧化法制备的表面负载二氧化锰微粒的纤维素纳米晶(CNC/MnO_(2))作为固体颗粒来制备高内相Pickering乳液。之后使用连续挤出装置将Pickering乳液制备成凝胶微球,在离子交联和自由基交联的协同作用下,通过冷冻干燥获得CNC/MnO_(2)多孔材料。所制备的多孔材料在棉浆黑液的后处理中具有良好的效果,在短时间内对棉浆黑液的TOC值降低率达到81.1%,COD值降低率达到97.3%,BOD值降低率达到95.7%,能够实现对水中污染物吸附氧化降解的同时,还能够保持自身良好的稳定性,实现多次回收利用。In this paper,a kind of porous material based on cellulose nanocrystals loaded with MnO_(2)was developed by high internal phase Pickering emulsion template method,and it was effectively applied in the post-treatment of cotton pulp black liquor.High internal phase Pickering emulsion was prepared by using cellulose nanocrystals(CNC/MnO_(2))loaded with MnO_(2)particles prepared by potassium permanganate oxidation method.Subsequently,the Pickering emulsion was prepared into gel microspheres using a continuous extrusion device,and CNC/MnO_(2)porous materials were obtained by freeze-drying under the synergistic effect of ion crosslinking and free radical crosslinking.The prepared porous material has a good effect on the post-treatment of cotton pulp black liquor.In a short period of time,the reduction rate of TOC can reach 81.1%,the reduction rate of COD can reach 97.3%,the reduction rate of BOD can reach 95.7%,which can realize the adsorption and oxidation degradation of pollutants in water at the same time.It can also maintain its own good stability and achieve multiple recycling.
