摘 要:开发了一种新的裂解炭黑(CBp)改性方法。首先将CBp/微纤化纤维素(MFC)共同球磨,同步剥离MFC和降低CBp粒径并实现二者的杂化,再经喷雾干燥得到杂化材料(CNCH)粉体料。详细研究了CBp/MFC质量比对所制备CNCH结构形态及其补强天然橡胶的性能。研究表明,将CBp/MFC共同球磨,可高效实现CBp的细化、MFC的纳米化和两者的杂化,获得的CNCH具有特殊的链珠状形态,随着CNCH组分中MFC含量的增加,特别m(CBp)∶m(MFC)为4∶1时,相比于纯的裂解炭黑,CNCH补强的NR具有更优异的硫化特性,力学性能和较高的耐磨性。这意味着CNCH作为轮胎胶料的补强填料具有明显的优势。此外,该实验过程简单,环境友好,适合工业生产。A new modification method of pyrolysis carbon black(CBp)was developed.Firstly,the CBp was upgraded by hybridization with cellulose via ball milling of CBp and micro fibrillated cellulose(MFC),and then spray dried to obtain the hybrids(CNCH).The effect of CBp/MFC mass ratio on the structural morphology of the prepared CNCH and its properties of reinforced natural rubber was investigated in detail.A series of studies have shown that co-ball milling of CBp/MFC can efficiently achieve the refinement of CBp,nanosizing of MFC and hybridization of both,and the obtained CNCH has a special chain bead-like morphology,and with the increase of MFC content in the CNCH fraction,especially when the m(CBp)∶m(MFC)is 4∶1,compared with CBp,the CNCH-reinforced NR has more excellent vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and higher wear resistance than CBp.This implies that CNCH has obvious advantages as a reinforcing filler for tire rubber compounds.In addition,the upgrading process is simple,environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial applications.
