摘 要:以新型高导电性二维纳米材料Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene作为导电填料,以芳纶纳米纤维(ANF)作为气凝胶的增强材料,用冷冻干燥法先构筑多孔的三维导电MXene/ANF气凝胶作为骨架,再回填硅橡胶(PDMS)制备MXene/ANF/PDMS复合材料。研究了不同MXene/ANF填料配比对材料的形态、导电性、电磁屏蔽(EMI)性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过回填法制备的复合材料界面相容性良好,且PDMS的回填没有造成气凝胶的塌陷破碎。MXene/ANF/PDMS复合材料在2.89%(质量分数)的低填料量下且厚度为1.8 mm时就能获得高电导率(9.03 S·cm^(-1)),电磁屏蔽效能可达到40.4 dB,屏蔽效率高达99.991%,并具有优秀的压缩力学性能。Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene was used as conductive filler and aramid nanofiber(ANF)was used as aerogels reinforcement material,the porous three-dimensional conductive MXene/ANF aerogel was constructed as the skeleton by freeze-drying method,then backfilled silicone rubber(PDMS)to prepare the MXene/ANF/PDMS composites.The influences of different MXene/ANF filler ratio on the morphology,conductivity,electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance,mechanical properties of the materials were studied.The results show that the composites prepared by backfilling method had good interface compatibility,and the backfilling of PDMS did not cause the collapse and breakage of aerogel.The MXene/ANF/PDMS composites obtained high conductivity(9.03 S·cm^(-1))and superior EMI-shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)of 40.43 dB with the loading of 2.89%and the thickness of 1.8 mm,and achieved outstanding shielding efficiency(A_(eff))of 99.991%,and exhibited excellent com-pressive mechanical properties.
