摘 要:在考虑湿热应力及湿热环境对复合材料力学性能影响的基础上,按照能量耗散原理及宏观应变能法建立了湿热环境下玻/碳纤维层间混杂复合材料层合梁的阻尼预测模型,并利用MATLAB软件编写了玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料损耗因子的求解程序,研究了湿热环境下温度、湿度、湿热耦合、铺层顺序、铺层厚度及纤维铺设角度对玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料层合梁阻尼性能的影响规律。结果表明:较常温干态环境,湿热条件增大了玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料的损耗因子;当玻璃纤维复合材料单层在外层铺设时,玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料的阻尼性能较好。此外发现,当铺设角度为[±θ]、玻璃纤维复合材料单层板位于外层时,玻/碳纤维混杂复合材料层合梁的损耗因子受铺设角度的影响非常显著,当铺设角度为90°时阻尼性能较好。On the basis of considering hydrothermal stresses and the influence of hydrothermal environment on the mechanical properties of composite materials,a damping prediction model of glass/carbon fiber interlayer hybrid composite laminated beams under hydrothermal environment was established according to the principle of energy dissipation and the macroscopic strain energy method,and the loss factors of glass/carbon fiber hybrid composites were calculated by MATLAB programming.The effects of temperature,humidity,moisture-heat coupling,stacking sequence,ply thickness and fiber ply angle on the damping properties of glass/carbon fiber hybrid composite laminated beams were studied under hydrothermal environment.The results show that the loss factors of glass/carbon fiber hybrid composites are increased by hydrothermal conditions when compared with normal temperature and dry environment;and the damping properties of glass/carbon fiber hybrid composites become better when the glass fiber composite laminas are laid on the outer layers.it is also found that the loss factors of glass/carbon fiber hybrid composite laminated beams are significantly affected by ply angles when the glass fiber composite laminas are located in the outer layers and the ply angles are[±θ].The damping properties are relatirely good when the ply angle is 90°.
