摘  要:枪械击发点火系统是枪械的重要组成部分,其可靠性直接影响着全枪可靠性。为了提高枪械击发点火系统的可靠性,本研究以一种小口径步枪击发点火系统为研究对象,建立其有限元分析模型,结合性能分析试验结果验证仿真模型准确性;采用Isight平台集成TrueGrid、LS-DYNA及LS-PREPOST软件,定制了枪械击发点火系统参数化仿真平台;选取击针突出量、闭锁间隙、底火装入深度、击针头部直径、底火壳厚度、火台头部直径作为系统可靠性主要影响因素,结合应力-强度干涉模型、Monte Carlo模拟法探究各影响因素对枪械击发点火系统可靠性的影响;采用响应面模型拟合样本数据,建立可靠性代理模型。选取上述6个系统可靠性主要影响因素为优化变量,以击发点火系统可靠性最大作为目标,对击发点火系统结构进行优化设计。结果表明:优化设计方案与原设计相比,枪械击发点火系统可靠性提升19.59%。The firearm percussion-ignition system is an important part of the firearm,and its reliability directly affects the reliability of the whole firearm.In order to improve the reliability of the firearm percussion-ignition system,this study takes a small-caliber rifle percussionignition system as the research object,established its finite element analysis model,and verified the accuracy of the simulation model by combining with the test results of the performance analysis;Adopted the Isight platform to integrate TrueGrid,LS-DYNA and LS-PREPOST software,and customized the parametric simulation platform of firearm percussion-ignition system;The firing pin protrusion,locking clearance,primer loading depth,diameter of firing pin,thickness of primer cup and diameter of fire station head are selected as the main influencing factors of system reliability,the stress-strength interference model and Monte Carlo simulation method are combined to explore the influence of each influencing factor on the reliability of gun firing and ignition system;The response surface model is used to fit the sample data to build up the reliability proxy model.The six main factors affecting the reliability of the system are selected as optimization variables,and the maximum reliability of the percussion-ignition system is taken as the goal to optimize the design of the percussion-ignition system structure.The results show that compared with the original design,the optimized design improves the reliability of the firearm percussion-ignition system by 19.59%.
